Seven infants were branded by the symbols of the Seven Deadly Sins by Arai, the God of the Night. He blamed the mortals for the death of his lover and in the event of her death, he cursed seven infants who were born at the same time. Each craves the insatiable thirst for the sins bestowed upon them and a cursed mark threatening their whole existence. Noreen, a college student and the sin of Lust has trouble stopping herself from lusting over men. Anthony a cook in a Diner and the sin of Wrath has trouble stopping his anger towards everyone especially his biological father, Stephen, son of the Fuhrer and the sin of Greed has trouble keeping his secret treasures from his father, Billy one of the owners of Hopewell organization and the sin of Sloth has trouble being productive, Agnez, a world class eating competitor and the sin of Gluttony has trouble finding love, Lovie, a researcher and the sin of Envy has trouble loving herself, and Joey, a football player and the sin of Pride has trouble engaging with people.
As their life intertwine with each other and got to know each other, they banded together to break the curse and find ways to fight against Arai and the Greek Gods and to avenge what life could have been without their curse.
