Love My MB: Book III finds Mary Beth, unsure if she could ever trust or fall in love with a man, tries to build a relationship with Jonathan, but is frightened that any publicity will alert her deadbeat father to scam Jonathan out of money.

Mary Beth's concerns cause Jonathan's next album and tour to be delayed, much to the ire of his manager, who tries to eliminate the "Mary Beth problem" so Jonathan can reunite with Tiffany and get his career back on track.

As the tour and the new album get off to a rocky start, with miscues and poor reviews, Jonathan realizes he loves Mary Beth more than his career. He desperately looks for a way to ease away from the stage without leaving his bandmates and the entire JJ Collins team out in the cold.
