Can a little girl challenge all the power of Earth?

Little Tanit managed to return to her mother, after having explored the galaxy further than any other human being. She now lives happily on the planet that her father discovered and named Thuis, the Home.
But black clouds are emerging on the horizon: Earth is concerned about the discovery of aliens on Thuis and has sent a military governor to study the case. Soon Tanit will discover that said governor has a sinister reputation, and that her extraterrestrial family is going to be in his sights... and so will she herself.
Can she prevail against someone who has an army and can summon all the power of Earth? Although she is a girl, Tanit has never been afraid of challenges.
