A fool for love.

Scott, a basketball player fought his way out of an abusive home and into the NBA. He has everything money could buy except for one thing, the love of a good woman. When he meets Rory he believes he found it, that is until she betrays him.

Rory comes from a family of swindlers, so it was easy for her to lie her way into the Net's locker room. A tabloid journalist, he job was to get a shot of the ugly side of the sweet Texan power forward Dylan, but her plans are ruined when she literal runs into Scott.

They fall in love, but her mistrust leads to his arrest, a career on the brink of destruction and a few broken heart. After her betrayal the only way she can win Scott back is by using her baby.

To Rory the baby is a sign of hope, but to Scott it's the chain that keeps him tethered to a woman he hates.
