Juliet Brilee grew up in the cold north which is why she loves the tropical beaches of Florida and the woods of North Carolina. Her son is blind and she believes it’s important to represent diverse individuals with respect. A bird enthusiast and dog lover, when she’s not writing, making art, or teaching, she’s getting outdoors with her husband and bossy terrier.
