Hello! My name is Gabriel and I have been an aspiring author since I was fourteen years old.

I told myself that I would not move onto other writing projects, whether that be books, scripts, songs or otherwise, until this first book was finished. I wanted to learn the entire self publication process through as much experience as I could before looking to expand. After six years of slow work and a lot of growth, I am finally ready to present Devotion to you all and to then have it serve as a teaser to me as a writer and any upcoming projects I may do.

My writing process usually involves a lot of planning. I mean lots, lots, lots and lots of planning. What I find easiest to do is write out each substantial plot point across the entire book, write a few details about what I specifically want to happen at each point and then freestyle the connections between them to ensure a natural flow. Think of it like the plot points are islands in an archipelago and me freestyling is building bridges between the islands.

I'm always growing and willing to learn so any substantial criticism is much appreciated. I hope you all enjoy reading my works as I did writing them (:
