Brandi Jenkins lives in Plano, Texas with her husband, Billy, and their dog, Cheyenne. She has one son, Ian. She began writing in her teens to help relieve the sadness of her first broken heart. Then, continued after her second. She continued writing poetry for her closest friends and her family as a "thank you" for helping her through her hard times. She also began writing a novel with her best friend, Joni. She stopped writing until 2002 when her little brother passed away. She wrote some poems for him, then stopped writing again. Off and on throughout the years, she would write poetry and novels, or jot down new ideas, but she never published. After the passing of another brother in October 2024, she decided to start writing again and finish her previous works. Finally, she decided to publish her poetry and novels. Brandi wants everyone to know that they are not alone in this world and everyone has been through tough times. If she can help one person with her words or her stories, she is grateful.
