Book 1 of the Warrior Saga: Courageous Souls

Deep within the forest there is a lost society of warriors.

Jevelyn Wudhaek is the daughter of the Akavenii General, who is one of the greatest warriors in their era. She was born into a culture where she had her life laid out before she was born. She was to be married off to a rich gentleman and to bring honor to her family’s name. But the death of her only brother, the pride and joy of her family, haunts Jevelyn after a tragic accident that she believes she caused. She takes it upon herself to disguise herself and enter the all-male annual warrior training camp. Jevelyn sneaks in with the help of her best friend Kei, even though it is a crime, because of old rules that forbid women to train in a society of warriors. Faced with many trials and physical demands, will she be able to continue her facade? Will the friends she makes discover her secret? Would they keep it or report her to the authorities? What would happen if she were caught in her deceit?
