Set in Brighton, England in 1820, 'Lakeshire Park' follows Amelia Moore, who is deeply concerned about the future she and her sister face following their stepfather's impending death. Without any inheritance, Amelia hopes to secure her sister's well-being by encouraging a match between her sister Clara and Sir Ronald during a house party at Lakeshire Park. Unbeknownst to her, another guest, Mr. Peter Wood, has similar plans for his own sister. What starts as a minor disagreement over a glove evolves into a rivalry with Peter, one that Amelia feels compelled to win in order to protect her sister. However, as she engages in this competition, she finds herself unexpectedly risking her heart.
