This book kept me on the edge of my seat! So many great chapters with twists and turns! Highly recommend reading it!!

I have read every single book in this series and I have to say this is the best one yet! I love the twists and turns after each chapter! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I highly recommend reading her entire series!

In the 2nd instalment in the Killing Gods series Syd sets out to the sea with her kids to discover her powers and find that elusive Caribbean island which haunts her dreams. I loved the flow of this book, the suspense, the family dynamic and especially Syd’s clandestine trips to the catacombs to dig for knowledge and ancient maps. Hopefully the identity and cause of Syd’s pursuers will be revealed in the next books. “I didn’t have a gun. I never felt like I needed to have one. I had me.” - loved it! Those who love Greek gods and goddesses, myths about the Fountain of Youth and Atlantis, this book is up your alley.
