I read this book after a very disappointing read and it was just what I needed. I was able to read the “exclusive” edition and I’m so glad that I did.

When I tell you this book had me HOOKED. I read it in two days. I did figure out the identity of Alex fairly quickly but it didn’t stop me from being engrossed in the story.

Not only did I love the story line, but I loved the writing. I felt like I was dancing with the fae, enjoying the same delicious meals, and wanting to dip in the healing pools. It’s been a long time since a book has made me wish I lived in the land it was written about.

(Side note, there were some editing errors in the book but they did not bother me. I know that bothers some. The kindle version is also different from the version I reas. It’s less spicy. The exclusive paper back that I read def has smut moments, but they’re so well written. It was spicy without being cheesy, which is difficult to do!)

The book was such a fun ride, between learning of her previous relationship which led to her moving, to her finding her way into the Fae realm. Some of the creatures were truly terrifying and I couldn't help but find them interesting as well. Also, the fact that Roxi not being the only person to wander into the Fae realm is interesting. She talked to a deer! I mean, it didn't vocally say anything, but it understood her. I love Roxi and Dev and how they seem to click. The heart wants to stay, but, the (logical) mind knows she needs to go home. The longer she stays, the stronger the voice of her heart seems to become. PLEASE GIVE US BOOK 2 SOON!!!
