Bigger Things is women's fiction at its best! Inside this tale of three women and their friendship since childhood is an insightful look at body image and how the world perception causes most women to be dissatisfied with their body. I think the blub describes the plot well so I will just say that this is a book about how we keep secrets - even from our best friends. I loved the letters to and from Fat Girl! Snark may be a good defense against people who think they need to comment about our bodies to our face. This book is first about friendship - and finding a you that you love. I was well entertained.

Another homerun for MS Bishop. I loved this romantic story wth it's realistic plot and well developed characters. The story stayed with me long after I finished the book. Thank you Ev, for another story that lets me escape during rough times.

I loved reading Hooked (River's Sigh Bed and Breakfast Book 2), all about Samantha Kendal the older sister to Jo Kendal who swears small time life is not for her, yet she keeps coming back to Greenridge, because that's where her only family is. And Charlie Bailey an author of romance novels and his adoptive daughter Aisha, who happens to be the biological daughter of Sam who gave her up for adoption to Charlie & his wife Maureen seventeen plus years ago. You see Aisha has been on the hunt looking for her birth mom, and she thought it was Jo & Callum since their names were in the birth certificate, but it's Sam. So Aisha has come to town looking for answer's and is staying at the B & B working, paying her way waiting for the birth of her first child, plus she's waiting for Sam to show up so they can talk! The author wrote a very interesting story, that will keep your attention from page one till the very last page! I was not able to put it down, hopefully you won't either! Read about Sam & Charlie, getting to know each other, & Aisha and see how the three come to terms with the other and face life's many challenges along the way! I can't wait to start reading Book 3!

Oh my goodness! For anyone and everyone who has suffered the loss of a loved one, you need this book! If you have a need to believe that life can go on, you need this book! If you love a good Happily Ever After, you need this book!

I Loved this Book! Three friends each with a secret. I really identified with Jen and found out I think like FAT GIRL! Ev Bishop made me rethink the way I related to my friends and how sometimes you have to stand up for your self even when it is hard. It made me think, feel and Laugh! So would recommend this to everyone.

Silver Bells is a delightful story filled with love, laughter, and light that left me feeling as if everything in the world is all right.
Bishop pulled me into a cold, winter's night a few days before Christmas, and started her story . The heroine Bryn is traveling to be with her family for the holidays but her mind is filled with memories of her last boyfriend who had left her feeling inadequate. As the storm worsens Bryn pulls to the side of the road and witnesses a truck spinning out of control. Despite the blizzard conditions, despite being a woman alone, despite it being dark outside ... well, despite everything she gets out of her car to check on the driver of the other vehicle which had run off the road.
Bryn meets Sean, a diamond in the snow, you might say, and they fall in love. Their love story isn't easy and there's a heart-wrenching twist that I won't give away. I warn you, it's a real page-turner.
Ev Bishop writes memorable romance, with very real characters and lots of love.

I LOVED this book! The story is thoughtful, emotional, and entertaining, and Ev Bishop’s story timing is impeccable. The characters are so well portrayed, especially Madeline. She’s so strong and devastated and funny and philosophical and quirky. Grant is wonderfully genuine and a great love interest.
I also liked that it was so sweet and clean, and yet was not even close to shallow. The ‘third storage unit’ scene completely gutted me on a deep level, and I loved how Madeline so authentically came to terms with her previous loss, which wasn’t so much resolved by the end but changed to a different kind of grief, one where she welcomed her memories. The development of her acceptance was very well done and natural.
I read an ARC copy and this is an unbiased review.

This was a delightful read with strong, believable, and lovable characters. Loved the supporting characters, too. Will read other books by this author.
