Cynthia Woolf

This was my first book by Cynthia Woolf and I must say, I enjoyed it immensely. The story was compelling and the characters were relatable. There was plenty of action and it wasn't all sugar and fluff. I will definitely keep my eyes peeled for other books by this author.

Hannah and her sister Lydia (a mail order bride) were headed to Oregon City from MO. The wagon train was full of mail order brides, but not Hannah. As the trip began Hannah's feet were in pain from new boots that were to big. While attempting to soak them in a stream one evening she is helped by the bounty hunter/wagon train outrider Joe. This is the beginning of a wonderful story as they travel across the west. You will enjoy their story.

I just couldn't put this book of Caleb and Sophie's journey of their happily ever after. The storyline is incredible and heartfelt along with remarkable and very interesting characters whether they were the heroes or villains. The story is also a page turner read.
